Welcome to NESTIQ
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NESTIQ and all associated services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of NESTIQ, you agree to these Terms.
NESTIQ is operated from the UAE and is designed for use within the United Arab Emirates.
Who can use NESTIQ
NESTIQ is available to:
- Tenants aged 18+ currently renting a residential property in the UAE
- Landlords who own or manage residential properties in the UAE
- Legal professionals authorised to use the nestiq Certify feature
By using NESTIQ, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
What you can do with NESTIQ
NESTIQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal or professional rental management purposes, including:
- Storing and managing your tenancy documents
- Checking rental reference rates using nestiq Check
- Logging maintenance requests and tracking their resolution
- Recording and comparing property condition photos using nestiq Vision
- Importing documents using nestiq Fetch
- Receiving legal notice reviews via nestiq Certify
nestiq Vision โ AI photo comparison disclaimer
nestiq Vision uses technology to compare move-in and move-out photographs. These comparisons are for reference purposes only and do not constitute legal evidence in their own right.
NESTIQ timestamps and stores your photos, but the admissibility of this evidence in any UAE legal proceeding is determined by the relevant court or arbitral body, not by NESTIQ. We recommend you also retain original photographs independently.
Nia โ NESTIQ AI assistant disclaimer
Nia is NESTIQ's built-in assistant. Nia provides general information about UAE rental law and NESTIQ features. Nia's responses do not constitute legal advice.
For specific legal matters โ especially disputes, evictions, or formal notices โ you should consult a licensed UAE lawyer or your emirate's rental dispute centre.
nestiq Certify disclaimer
nestiq Certify provides a review of tenancy notices against UAE tenancy law. This is an informational review only. NESTIQ is not a law firm and nestiq Certify is not a legal opinion.
A nestiq Certify stamp indicates that the notice appears to conform with applicable UAE law based on the information provided. It does not guarantee enforceability or replace independent legal advice.
Subscriptions and payments
NESTIQ offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AED via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings โ Billing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by UAE consumer protection law
- Early access pricing is locked for the lifetime of your account, provided your subscription remains active
Emirates-specific provisions
NESTIQ operates across all 7 UAE emirates. Tenancy laws differ between emirates. While NESTIQ reflects the best available information for each emirate, laws change and NESTIQ cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify with your emirate's official registration body:

Things you may not do
- Use NESTIQ to store, share, or facilitate illegal activity
- Misrepresent yourself or your property details
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform
- Upload content that violates the rights of others
- Use NESTIQ in a way that could harm other users
